MCPC is an early childhood partnership serving families and educators throughout Mitchell, Jewell, Lincoln, Osborne, and Cloud counties. Through collaboration with schools, childcare providers, and community organizations, MCPC provides programs and resources that promote healthy child development, strengthen families, and support school readiness.
